This 40-hour face to face course is for experienced teachers to develop their knowledge and skills to train English language teachers.

Cambridge Train the Trainer is a practical course which enables experienced English language teachers to become teacher trainers.

Train the Trainer Course aims:

Become familiar with planning and delivering teacher training sessions

Develop skills for designing teacher training courses

Understand good practice in observing teachers

Give supportive feedback to teachers and prioritise strengths and areas for development

Design an action plan for further development as a trainer
